Pelvic Floor specific programming for ladies that like to lift HEAVY. 

 

Being a former Powerlifter & Olympic Weightlifter I struggled after my first baby to find programming to get me back to the sport I loved that kept me interested, challenged & had my interests in mind.  Weightlifting was what made me feel like me. I was also very aware that my sport had a 'stress incontinence' stigma attached to it. PEEING on the PLATFORM is NOT NORMAL. Yet it is normalised. My programming takes into consideration the post natal body, any pelvic floor issues you may have, lifting with a prolapse or lifting after a hysterectomy. Get back to your old self.
