Whether you want to keep fit during your current pregnancy, or are wanting to get back into fitness following your birth, it is important to know the safe modifications and essential prehab/rehab exercises for each trimester and beyond.  While exercising has numerous benefits for both Mother and Baby, doing the wrong kind may cause long lasting problems. I have 2 well recognised qualifications in Pre & Post natal exercise, Pelvic Floor & Core specific qualifications, but most importantly hands on experience of exercising while pregnant. No matter what your looking to achieve, we can work together to find the best solution for you.
